Terms of Service

By accessing or using TurkVPS.cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

TurkVPS.cloud provides KVM-based virtual private server (VPS) hosting and cPanel web hosting from Istanbul, Turkey. Services include server provisioning, network connectivity, DDoS protection, and access to a customer control panel at my.turkvps.cloud.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed in advance in USD (monthly, or yearly where offered) and paid from your prepaid account wallet.
• Payments are processed via Stripe (credit/debit card) or cryptocurrency (USDT and TRX on the TRON/TRC20 network).
• Renewals are charged automatically from your account wallet on the renewal date. Reminders are sent by email (and Telegram, if linked) 7 days, 3 days, 1 day and a few hours before renewal. There is no grace period: if the wallet balance is insufficient on the renewal date, the service is cancelled immediately and its data is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
• 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: available only for the first server on your account, paid by credit/debit card, if you cancel it within 24 hours of provisioning and request the refund via support ticket. The guarantee applies once per customer, covers the server plan fee, and does not cover accounts in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds under this guarantee are returned to the original card. This guarantee does not apply to cryptocurrency payments — servers paid for in cryptocurrency are never eligible for a refund to the original payment method, including within the first 24 hours; cancelling still credits the account wallet with the prorated unused balance, but no money is returned.
• Beyond the guarantee above, no money is ever returned to the original payment method. When you cancel a VPS early, the unused time (prorated by the hour) is credited to your account wallet, minus a $0.30 cancellation fee; credits below $0.20 are not issued. Web hosting cancellations receive no prorated credit. Any further compensation, including for a verified service failure, is at our sole discretion and is likewise issued only as wallet credit.
• Wallet balance (top-ups, cancellation credits and any service credits) can only be used to pay for our services. It is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash or cryptocurrency, or transferred to another account.
• Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Hosting, distributing, or facilitating malware, phishing sites, or illegal content
• Conducting DDoS attacks or port scanning against third parties
• Mining cryptocurrency (unless specifically authorized)
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Reselling services without prior written authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to a 99.9% monthly network uptime for all VPS plans. This equates to no more than ~43 minutes of unscheduled downtime per month. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (with 24-hour notice), customer actions, or third-party events beyond our control is excluded from SLA calculations.

Service credits for SLA breaches are issued as account credit, not cash refunds, and require a support ticket submitted within 72 hours of the incident.

6. Data & Backups

Snapshot backups are available as a feature in the control panel. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your data. TurkVPS.cloud is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

7. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time from the control panel. Cancellation takes effect immediately: the service is shut down and its data permanently deleted, and any credit is applied as described in section 3. To prevent abuse, accounts are limited to 3 server terminations per hour. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurkVPS.cloud's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
