How do I connect my domain to my hosting?
Point your domain's nameservers, at your domain registrar, to ns1.turkvps.cloud, ns2.turkvps.cloud, ns3.turkvps.cloud, and ns4.turkvps.cloud. Your site and email won't work until this step is done — we send a reminder if it's still not set up after signup. Open a support ticket any time if you'd like help.
Is web hosting refundable?
No — web hosting plans are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Cancelling forfeits any remaining time on the current billing cycle. This is different from our VPS plans, which do offer prorated refunds.
How much disk space and how many domains do I get?
Web Starter includes 20 GB and 1 domain. Web Advanced includes 50 GB and 3 domains. Web Professional and Web Ultimate include unlimited disk space with 5 and 10 domains respectively. All plans include unlimited databases and FTP accounts.
Is there a free SSL certificate?
Yes, every domain on every hosting plan gets a free SSL certificate, issued and renewed automatically — no manual setup or extra cost.
How is hosting billed?
Monthly or yearly, charged upfront from your account wallet — the same wallet used for VPS servers. Yearly billing is simply 12 months at the monthly rate.
